Surveyor tried to go up into the loft and slipped off the ladder causing scrapes down the wall. Then refused to go up there claiming to be dangerous due to laminate flooring.
Finally got the keys and noticed where he had caused damage, and if he had any common sense would have turned the ladder around so the base of it was up against a wall and would not slip. Or use the correct equipment. Also noticed if someone had gone up there they would of spotted quite a few things wrong with the building.
They are refusing to refund part of our fee. Avoid using this company.
